Coaching Format:

  • Client and Coach determine desired outcomes for the coaching engagement.

  • Client participates in several assessments that identify personal goals, career goals, personality style, interests, and more.

  • Client, with the guidance of his or her coach, develops a Personal Career/Life Plan of Action.

  • Depending upon coaching goals, client may receive resume critique and advice and participate in video-taped role playing interviews and presentations – including “dress for success” advice.

  • Coach challenges, supports, and facilitates Client’s progress toward achieving his or her career goals.

 

Program Length:

  • Career and Job-Search Coaching engagements vary in length, depending on the needs of each client. Many programs are six to twelve months, but others that are more targeted may only be three months.
